Resend API 新增列出已发送邮件端点

Resend 为 API 新增列出已发送邮件的端点，可通过 GET /emails 或各语言 SDK 调用，默认返回最近 20 封邮件。该端点支持 limit（最大 100、最小 1、默认 20）以及 after、before 游标参数进行分页，返回结果包含 id、收件人、主题、last_event 等字段。
