在 Next.js 13 Server Components 中获取和缓存 Supabase 数据

Next.js 13 引入的 Server Components 支持 async/await，可让组件直接获取 Supabase 数据并默认在构建时缓存，无需再写 getStaticProps。app 目录仍处 beta，页面组件默认即为 Server Component，动态路由可用 generateStaticParams 在构建时预生成路径。
