Neon AI Gateway 上线 embeddings 接口，两个模型按 token 计费

Neon 的 AI Gateway 现在在同一个 OpenAI 兼容的 /v1/embeddings 端点上提供 embedding 模型，沿用已有的 chat 凭证，把向量写入 Lakebase Postgres 后用 Lakebase Search 做向量、关键词与混合检索。
